I'm Nicole L. Turner - the Culture Pro™. I transform work cultures for companies, ranging from Fortune 500s to start-ups, looking to create work environments that put their employees first. My passion for detoxing toxic work culture is what motivates me to help clients assess their current climate and culture and identify pain points and challenges to ultimately develop a solution to lead the organization forward.
Culture is a key advantage when it comes to attracting talent and outperforming the competition. When workplace culture aligns with your employees, they’re more likely to feel more comfortable, supported, and valued.
For many years, I coached individuals and helped them recognize and develop a strategy to address and get rid of the mental and emotional toxins that had them in a holding pattern. I observed that some of these same people were in organizations and their issues were manifesting themselves as toxic employees and/or toxic leaders. This led me to taking a deeper dive into organizational behavior and culture, and what I found was that people-first culture was the center of productivity, profits, customer service, retention, employee engagement, morale, and overall organizational health.
I hold graduate degrees in Education and Business, I also hold a graduate certificate in Diversity Studies, and I am a certified Human Capital Strategist, Strategic HR Business Partner, and a Prosci-certified Change Manager, and a Co-Active Executive Coach. For years, I volunteered as a Diversity Value Index Judge. As a judge, I used defined metrics and benchmarks to assess how organizations are implementing Diversity and Inclusion programs and leveraging those programs to create business impact.
